Description
the dangerous black rocks of Peggys Cove ,, people are warned not to go on the black rocks because they are slippery.. slippery rocks make it easy to fall in and hard to get out.,.large waves can surge unexpectedly, even when the weather is clear... moving ocean water creates strong currents near the shore. These include dangerous riptides .the ocean water in Nova Scotia can be cold enough to cause shock if you fall in suddenly. Shock can affect your breathing and ability to swim.

Great capture...and yes, each time we are there (we live in Nova Scotia) we hold our breath as watch people get dangerously close to the rocks...even swimming in that strong tide! What a stunning photo...congrats on your well deserved feature!
